June Marie Acton, 48, of Tipton, died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in her home in Tipton. Per her wishes June was cremated and a private family gathering will take place at a later date.

June Marie Acton born June 30, 1970 to Russell Acton and Cindy Frances Action in Burlington, Iowa. She grew up in Burlington and graduated from Burlington High School with the Class of 1988. She married Paul Sonnier on April 27, 2002. They later divorced. June made her home in Tipton with her two dogs and her boyfriend, Paul “Izzy” Eischner.

June is survived by her three siblings, Joi Acton Harris and Jay of West Burlington, Iowa, Russell Acton Jr and Jennie of Story City, Iowa, Bill Stutsman and Mandi of Yucca Valley, California. Nephews, Justin Harris and Haylee of West Burlington, Iowa, Joel Harris and Teyler of West Burlington, Iowa, niece Jordan Harris and Jamie of Burlington, Iowa. Great niece Harlee Jo Harris of West Burlington, Iowa and Great niece Savannah Stutsman of Yucca Valley, California, and her boyfriend Paul “Izzy” Dischner and their two dogs.
