Rocky Brooks Obituary

Rocky LeRoy Brooks, 57, of Tipton, died peacefully on Friday, April 27, 2018 in his mother's home with his family by his side from lingering illness. His body was cremated and his family will remember him at a time and date to be determined.
Rocky was born on April 25, 1961 in Vinton, Iowa. He was the son of Robert and Carol Ann (Behrle) Lerch Brooks. Rocky obtained his GED and he worked many jobs over the years. Health issues finally took their toll on him and his earthly struggles are now over.
Rocky is survived by his mother, Carol Ann Behrle of Tipton; his two children, Sarah Brooks of Onslow, Iowa and Rocky Brooks, Jr of New York; sister, Robin Brooks of Tipton, Iowa; brothers, Ronnie Brooks of Stanwood, Iowa, Russell Brooks of Tipton, Iowa and Randall Brooks of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 3 grandchildren.
