Betty Lee Hubler, daughter of Robert Raymond and Sophie Anna Wuest Williams was born June 13, 1934, in Gregory, South Dakota. she attended school in Bonesteel, South Dakota and graduated from Sioux City, Iowa. Betty was united in marriage to William Milton Hubler on May 23, 1951. She was employed by the University of Iowa for over 30 years as a dietitian. Betty attended Jehovah's Witness and Tipton Four Square Gospel Church. Betty is loved and survived by her daughters, Linda Lamp & husband, Keith, Gloria Rodgers & husband, Randy, Jolene Luettjohann, Lorraine Carney, Janice Hubler and special friend, Terry Carney all of Tipton, Iowa; sons, Roger Hubler and Randy Hubler & wife, Kayleen of Tipton, Iowa and Donald Hubler of West Branch, Iowa; sisters, Velma Hubler of Tipton, Iowa, Barbara Slocum of San Antonio, Texas, Doris Grillet & husband, Henry of Burlington, Washington; brothers, Robert Williams & wife, Lela of Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, Donald Williams & wife, Annette of Yorkville, Illinois, Ronald Williams & wife, Debra of Prescott, Arizona; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Milton Hubler on October 29, 1970; sister, Donna Lamoureax; and brothers, Clarence, Marvin and Kenneth Williams. Memorials may be made to Iowa city Hospice in memory of Betty. It would be Betty's wish that you join her family for a potluck luncheon at the Tipton Badlands Golf Course following the graveside committal. Feel free to bring a dish of food, a desert or a bag of chips and enjoy the fellowship.
