Cleora Arlene Albaugh, died of a short illness at the age of 82, on December 28, 2003, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. She was the daughter of Mearle & DeEtta Buhman Brown and was born November 6, 1921, in Cedar Bluff, Iowa. She was a 1939 graduate of Tipton, High School. On January 13, 1944, Cleora was united in marriage to Charles Franklin Albaugh in Tipton, Iowa. She was a devoted farm wife and homemaker. Cleora was a member of the Tipton United Methodist Church, Farm Bureau, King's Daughters (Silver Hour Friendship), Ruth Circle and Past Chairman of the American Cancer Society, volunteering for 30 years. Cleora is loved and survived by her husband, Charles Albaugh of Tipton, Iowa; her sons, Marvin C. Albaugh & wife Donna of Lisbon, Iowa and Dennis Albaugh & financee Carol of Tipton, Iowa; her grandchildren, Brad Albaugh of Lisbon, Iowa, Jodee Burnett of Kansas City, Kansas and Tara Albaugh of Phoenix, Arizona; her great-grandchildren ,Greta, Colton, Sophia, Kristopher & Deven; and her sister, Yvonne Buell of Dubuque, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mearle & DeEtta Brown.
