Dean Steven Otterson

Dean Steven Otterson, birth son of Carter Russell and Irene Bernice Van Deusen English, was born on December 12, 1946 in St. Paul, MN. Dean graduated from Cloquet High School and later attained his Masters Degree. He was an investment banker until illness forced him to retire. Dean is survived by his daughters, Angela Nelson of Becker, MN and Andrea Gade of Tipton, IA; son, Andrew Otterson of Marshall, NC; sister, Barbara and brothers, David and Dick; 5 and one half grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Private family services will take place at a later date. Dean was a United States Military Veteran.
