Delores Moore

Delores Mae Moore, daughter of Elmer and Louise Burda Koranda, was born April 28, 1926 in Oxford Junction, Iowa. She was a 1943 graduate of Oxford Junction High School. Delores was united in marriage to Chancey Nile Moore on February 14, 1946 in Tipton, Iowa. She was a homemaker and farmer's wife and will always be remembered for her baking. Delores was a member of Farm Bureau and a past 4-H volunteer. Delores is loved and survived by her daughter, Patricia (Gene) Siudyla of Virginia Beach, Virginia; son, Michael (Janet) Moore of Tipton, Iowa; grandchildren, Michael Moore, Melissa Doerscher, Jon Moore, Elizabeth Siudyla, Jamie Gera, Darren Lenz; great-grandchildren, Kimberly Moore, Josie Moore, Connor Doerscher, Eric Lenz, Austin Lenz, and Abigail Gera. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Louise Koranda; husband, Chancey Moore; and brother, Jr. Koranda. A memorial has been established in honor of Delores.
