Donald Thomas

Donald Floyd Thomas, son of John Floyd & Rebecca Jean Lemm Thomas, was born November 22, 1929, in Altadena, California. He graduated from Tipton High School. He served in the Navy Sea Bee's. On September 10, 1956, Donald was united in marriage to Dorothy Ann Sissel in Tipton, Iowa. He was a farmer and was employed by D. O. T. maintenance for 22 years. He was a member of the Cedar Street Baptist Church in Tipton. Donald is survived by his wife, Dorothy Thomas, of Tipton, Iowa; a daughter, Karen Kay Miller, & husband, Mike, of Crawfordsville, Indiana; sons, Brian Emery Thomas, & wife, Lori, of Tipton, Iowa and Kevin Floyd Thomas, & wife, Jeanie Gilbert, of Akeny, Iowa; and 9 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John & Rebecca Thomas.
