Edwin Klinkkammer

Edwin Pete" Klinkkammer was born August 171917.0 the son of Mike & Meta Steffen Klinkkammer in Stanwood Iowa. He was a 1936 graduate of Stanwood High School. Pete served in the United States Army from 1938 - 1942. On February 171942.0 he was united in marriage to Clementine Frances Fagan and together they shared 63 years. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church V.F.W. Tipton Moose Lodge and the Tipton Country Club. He was employed by the City of Tipton as a Gas & Water Supervisor. Pete is survived by his wife Clementine Klinkkammer of Tipton Iowa; his daughters Judy Klinkkammer of Hanover Illinois and Cathy Ford & husband Douglas of Rochester Iowa; grandchildren Melissa Tucker & husband Joshua Brandon Ford and Nathan Ford; and a sister-in-law Edna Klinkkammer of Mechanicsville Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents Mike & Meta Klinkkammer; brothers Mike Arnold Frank and Alvin Klinkkammer; and sisters Bessie Domer Leona Fagan Millie Heick Lillian Simons and Elsie Dabbs.
