Elda Gale Wagner

Funeral services for Elda Gale Wulff Wagner, 86, of Tipton who died Monday, June 17, 2013, will be held Friday, June 21, 2013 at 10:30 am at the First United Church of Christ, Tipton, with Pastors David Mears officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will be at Tipton Masonic Cemetery, Tipton. A memorial has been established in her memory. Elda Gale Wulff, daughter of Ernest Lee and Viola Dettman Wulff, was born October 4, 1926, at home on the farm in Clarence. She graduated high school in 1945. On August 31, 1947, Elda was united in marriage to Kenneth Lee Wagner at St. John's United Church in Clarence. She was a farmer's wife and worked 30 years as an Elementary Teacher's Aid. Elda was a member United Church of Christ, Tipton. She was a charter member of the Silver Star Kings Daughters Circle in Tipton, where she received her honorary membership. Elda is loved and survived by her daughter, Janice (Myron) Holden of Tipton; son, Michael (Kathy) Wagner of Tipton; grandchildren, Janelle Holden, Andrew Wagner, Stephanie Wagner, Audrey Wagner; great-grandchildren, Dia DeVault, Giovonni Holden, Kaleb Wagner, Emily Wagner, Madelynn Wagner, Amara Wagner; step grandchildren, Ronnie (Kim) Schott, Jr., Susan (Troy) Stutzel, Rebecca Barclay, Michael Schott; sister Verna (Wulff) Petersen of Tipton; and 9 step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1983; and a brother.
