Elsie "Lee" M. Vermillion

Elsie M. Richter Vermillion Elsie Mary (Lee) Vermillion, 85, Anderson, IN died November 1, 2013, in her home after a brief illness. Lee was born in Astoria, New York, July 22, 1928. She grew up in New York City and also lived in Chicago before settling in Anderson with her husband, Rex, who she was married to for 33 years. Survivors include daughters, Barbara Cary (husband Bruce) of Tipton, Iowa and Linda Donohue (husband Robert Bush) of Truckee, California; four grandsons, Brad Cary, Seth Cary, Zachary Bush and Matthew Bush; three great-children, Hannah Cary, Ella Cary and Landon Cary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Vermillion; a sister, Lucille Richter; a brother Theodore Richter and her parents Otto and Mary (Kvopka) Richter. Services will be held Friday, November 15, 2013 at 2PM at Christ Lutheran Church in Anderson, IN. Visitation with the family will be held 2 hours prior to the church service. Burial will immediately follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
