Glen was born on February 13, 1940, in Muscatine, Iowa, to Verl and Gertrude (Horn) Nebergall. He graduated from Tipton High School in 1957 and soon after joined the United States Army Reserves, serving from 1957 to 1961. Glen’s dedication and determination, honed during his military service, seamlessly transitioned to his life as a farmer, where he tended to fields and animals with unwavering commitment. While farming was his passion, he also enjoyed a 38-year career as a Seed Sales Representative for Pioneer.

Glen met the love of his life, Susan J. Norris, and they were married on June 18, 1966, in Cedar Falls. Their 58-year marriage was filled with love and blessed with two daughters, Heidi and Gretchen. Glen and Susan were active members of Tipton Bible Church, and Glen was also a proud member of the Farm Bureau.

Glen is survived by his wife, Susan Nebergall; daughters, Heidi (Tim) Neese of Swannanoa, NC and Gretchen (Ron) Bozwell of Taylors, SC; grandson, Ashton Bozwell; brother-in-law, Don Schultz; and several nieces and nephews.

Glen was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Allen Nebergall and Kenneth Nebergall; sister, Marilyn Schultz; and niece, Wendy Dumas.
