Herbert William Adams

Herbert William Bill" Adams son of Herbert and Hazel Adams was born July 161924.0 in Montrose Iowa. He graduated from Montrose High School in 1941. On September 21950.0 Bill was united in marriage to Margaret "Peggy" Kinler in Davenport Iowa. Bill was proud to serve his country in the United States Marine corps. from 1943-1945. Bill was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge of Montrose Iowa Lion's Club of Bowen Illinois and Tipton Iowa. He was also a member of the United Methodist Church of Tipton. He enjoyed his years as a volunteer Little League Baseball coach. Bill is loved and survived by his wife Peg Adams of Tipton Iowa; his children Molly Lurth her husband Kevin and their two sons Aaron and Mitchell of Cedar Rapids Iowa; Lori Buatte her husband Dave and their two sons Erik and Trent of Lee's Summit Missouri; Andy Adams his wife Patty and their two sons Ethan and Logan of Lee's Summit Missouri; Wes Adams his wife Stephanie and their daughter Savannah of Lee's Summit Missouri; his sister June Heitzman and her husband J.B. of Ft. Madison Iowa; ;his brother C.E. Adams and his wife Joy of Keokuk Iowa; and numerous nieces and newphews. He was preceded in death by his parents aunt uncle and nephew."
