Jessie Smith

Jessie Louise Kinnett Smith, daughter of William Albert & Hannah Belle Turner Kinnett, was born September 13, 1910, in Taylorville, Illinois. On October 29, 1928, Jessie was united in marriage to Homer Asa Smith in Los Angeles, California. Jessie was a member of Tipton Bible Church. Jessie is loved and survived by her daughter, Janet Thomson, & husband, Norbert, of Toronto, Kansas; sons, Rev. Richard Smith, & wife, Helen, of Tipton, Iowa; Wayne Smith, & wife, Gloria, of Camdenton, MIssouri; and Rev. Leland Smith, & wife, Carol, of Randolf, Wisconsin; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, William & Hannah Kinnett; her husband, Homer Smith, in 1976; daughters, Elaine Agnes Smith and Evelyn Louise Smith; a son, Dean Theodore Smith; 2 brothers, and 7 sisters.
