Joyce Y. Moore, age 71, died on Tuesday, December 6 at approximately 2:20 p.m in her home with family and close friends at her side. She died after a very courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 9th at the Fry Funeral Home in Tipton, burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Dean requests memorial donations in Joyceâa
