Funeral services for Kevin John Kuehl, 54, of Mechanicsville who died Wednesday, March 7, 2012 will be held Saturday, March 10 at 10:30 am at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton with Pastor Ron Lashmit officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 9 from 3:00 - 7:00 pm at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will be in the Woodbridge Cemetery, Tipton. Kevin was born February 20, 1958, in Muscatine General Hospital. He was the son of Kenneth F. and Frances M. Cromer Kuehl. He was a 1976 graduate of Tipton High School and attended Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On June 24, 1977, Kevin married Cindy Marie Rouse in Tipton. He was a farmer and a member of Farm Bureau, North American Hunting Club and Pheasants Forever. Kevin is loved and survived by his wife, Cindy Kuehl of Mechanicsville, Iowa; mother, Frances Kuehl of Tipton, Iowa; daughters, Michele (Adam) Ellerhoff of Tipton, Iowa, Melinda Kuehl of Parkview, Iowa; son, Matthew Kuehl of Mechanicsville, Iowa; grandchildren, Austin and Abigail Ellerhoff, Donovan Shipley; sisters, Lynn (Marvin) Mohr of Bolingbrook, Illinois, Carolyn (Scott) Whitehouse of Burnside, Illinois; brothers, Allan Kuehl of Dixon, Missouri, Calvin (Kris) Kuehl of Tipton, Iowa, and Dwain (Cece) Kuehl of Enid, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth F. Kuehl; sister, Laureln A. Kuehl; paternal grandparents, Frederick and Minnie Kuehl; and maternal grandparents, Harold and Ella Cromer.
