Kyle Allan was born on April 8, 1996 in Clinton, IA to his loving parents, David and Lianna (Opheim) Dierks. Kyle graduated from Tipton High School, Class of 2014. He went on to Indian Hills College to pursue Laser Electro-Optics Tech, but felt called to serve his country, enlisting in the US Air Force in May of 2016. He was a Crew Chief for the C130 aircraft, specializing in special mission airlift and aircraft maintenance. He began his Air Force career at Mildenhall AFB in England then moved to Yokota AFB in Japan before finishing his time in the Air Force at the rank of Staff Sergeant in New Mexico, where he was honorably discharged from the US Air Force in January of 2023. Kyle enjoyed what he did in the military so much that after separating he decided to pursue the same career on the civilian side working for Lockheed Martin. He was sent to Saudi Arabia as a civilian contractor to work with the Saudi Royal Air Force. Kyle was a member of Calvary Foursquare Church, Tipton. He was blessed to return home to Tipton and spent this past year with his family and friends. You could often hear him enthusiastically gaming with his best friend, Isaac, into the wee hours of the morning. His tender heart lent to unconditionally looking after his sister Megan, and he gave the best Kyle-hugs, reserving his first hug always to his mom when returning home from overseas. On his last motorcycle ride with his dad, Kyle told him over their headsets one day he might move away, but he was really going to miss riding with him when that day came. Kyle passed away doing what he loved, riding his motorcycle.
Kyle is survived by his parents, David and Lianna, his sister Megan (Nathan) Achenbach, his grandmothers, Gail Williams and Barbara Opheim, his aunts, Laura (David) Jordan and Lisa (Glenn) Nelson, his uncles, Todd Opheim, Brian (Jennifer) Dierks, Michael (Jolene) Dierks, and Scott (Tina) Dierks, his cherished nephew, Bowie and niece, Renley. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Roger Williams, Allan Dierks and William Opheim.
