Leo Miller

Leo Miller was born May 17, 1914, the son of Edward William & Mary Fray" Russell Miller in Jones County Iowa. He graduated from Mechanicsville High School in 1932. Leo was united in marriage to Catherine "Kay" Buresh on January 20 1942 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Tipton. Leo was a farmer and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and Farm Bureau. He is survived by his daughters Marjean Mente & husband Mike of Tipton Iowa and Marilyn Paul & husband Chuck of Tipton Iowa; sons John Miller & wife Linda of Tipton Iowa Larry Miller & wife Lynda of Lake Delhi Iowa and Maury Miller & wife Gail of Tipton Iowa; 14 grandchildren 5 great-grandchildren 1 step-granddaughter and 1 step-great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward & Fray Miller; his wife Kay Miller on June 7 2005; and brother Howard Miller. Memorials may be made to Cedar Manor Nursing home or Iowa City Hospice."
