Lilly May Muse

Lilly May (Milton) Muse, 72, of rural Tipton, Iowa, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2015 in her home. Visitation in Iowa will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from 4-7PM at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton. In Michigan, Visitation will be held from 10-11AM, Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Davidson Chapel in Coloma, Michigan. Funeral services will immediately follow at 11AM, also at Davidson Chapel, on March 25, 2015. Lilly will be laid to rest in Coloma Cemetery, Coloma, Michigan. Lilly was born in Michigan on April 14, 1942, the daughter of Cecil and Pearl Milton. She was married to James T. Muse Sr. in Florida in 1960. Lilly has lived in Tipton, Iowa, Davenport, Iowa and Benton Harbor, Michigan. She worked at Family Foods in Tipton, Iowa but had retired previously. Lilly is survived by her sons, Shaun E. (Christie) Muse of California, John FK (Terry) Muse of Florida, Donald R Muse of New Liberty, Iowa, and Todd A (Jenn) Muse of Florida; daughter, Theresa M. (Milton) Ellis of Michigan; brothers, John Milton and Donny Milton of Michigan; 18 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Muse Sr.; son, James T. Muse Jr.; brother, Ray Milton; and sister, Helen.
