Linda Ann (Turkowski) Younger

Linda Ann Younger, 78, of Tipton and formerly from Clarence, entered her eternal rest on Saturday, April 1, 2023, while under the care of UnityPoint Health St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, after a lengthy illness. Linda, daughter of Adolf and Dorothy Anita (Schmeheizen) Turkowski, was born on Tuesday, November 7, 1944 in Denver, Colorado. She graduated from Aurora High School and worked at several different jobs in the Denver area including working for AT&T as a managerial assistant for many years. Linda moved to Iowa to be near her sister-in-law, Joe Ann (Scott) Ahrendsen who lives in Tipton. Linda was a longtime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Linda is survived by her son, Adam Younger, of Colorado; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Scott and Joe Ann Ahrendsen of Tipton, Iowa; and her special church friend, Susan Ose of Brighton, Colorado.
