Lloyd Hein

Lloyd Paul Hein, son of Paul H. & Caroline K. Bunge Hein was born on February 16, 1923 in Lowden, Iowa. He attended Lutheran Parochial School in Lowden while growing up. Lloyd was united in marriage to Arlene Wilhelmina Lett on December 8, 1946 in Zion Lutheran Church, Wilton, Iowa. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bennett, Cedar County Farm Bureau, Cedar County Coop and held numerous church positions. Lloyd is loved and survived by his wife, Arlene Hein of Tipton, Iowa; daughters, Sandra (Paul) Mueller of Wisconsin Rapids, WI, Cindy (John) Gibson of Cary, NC, Twyla (Kim) Hein of Tipton, IA; son, Dale (Kathy) Hein of Tipton, IA; 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul & Caroline Hein; son, Gary, killed in Vietnam; brothers, Albert & Aaron Hein; sisters, Hilda Whited, Helen Brockmeyer and Lenora Ball. A memorial has been established in memory of Lloyd.
