Marlin was born August 24, 1917 in Cedar County, to Rutherford Blaine and Myrtle Mildred (Horn) Howe. He was married to Wilma Will on August 25, 1940, Kahoka, Mo. and later to Margret Moffit in 1990 in Minn. He was a 1936 Graduate of Tipton High School and was an Electrician. He was a Methodist and belonged to the Tipton VFW Post 2537. He was in the U.S. Army. Marlin is survived by two daughters: Martha (Gary) Richards of Kellog and Sara (Wayne) Losing of Clancey, Mont.; three sons: Mike (Becky) Howe of Tipton, Robert Howe of Tipton, and Scott (Susanne) Howe of Palo; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two great âEA
