Mary Louise Chapman

Mary L. Chapman, 73, of Tipton, died Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at home in her sleep. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 10:00 am, Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will follow in Tipton Masonic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Fry's. Mary Louise Holub was born on March 22, 1938 in Vinton, Iowa and was the daughter of George and Myrtle Beth Rogers Holub. She graduated in 1957 from Vinton High School. Mary was united in marriage to Donald Ray Chapman. They later divorced. Mary was a homemaker who loved her family. Mary is survived by her daughters, Teresa Jones and husband Jeff of Burleson, Texas and Tina Sinclair and husband Bruce of Las Vegas, Nevada; sons, Terry Chapman and wife Tina of North Liberty, Iowa and Tony Chapman of Tipton, Iowa; daughter-in-law, Kim Chapman of Lowden, Iowa; 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren; sister, Grace Toland of Pottsboro, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Tracy Chapman; brothers, George and Robert; sister, Barbara Bobzein.
