Neoma Eujeanne (Nebergall) Edler

Neoma Edler, 95, of Clarence, entered eternity early Monday morning, August 23, 2021 while under the care of the Clarence Nursing Home. Per her wishes, Neoma will be cremated and her family will hold private services at a later date. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com. A general memorial fund has been established in her memory with proceeds going to St. Jude’s Hospital and Camp Courageous. Neoma was born on December 1, 1925 in the farmhouse south of Tipton. She was the daughter of Loyd and Frances Reedy Nebergall. She graduated from Tipton High School and later married Myrl C. Edler on July 18, 1946 in the South Bethel Church. She and Myrl were farmers all of their lives. Neoma loved gardening and flowers, creating ceramic decorations, making decorative cakes for her family members and decorating her home for the different seasons. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Clarence for many years as well as a member of TOPS.

Neoma is lovingly survived by her children, Myrl Ann Kern (husband Bruce), Mark Edler (wife Barbara), Marcy Tate (husband Bill), Marlece Edler-Coussens (husband David Coussens), and Richard Edler (wife Renae); 12 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Myrl, her brother, Richard, and two grandchildren.
