Olive Grace Pace

Olive Grace Pace, 94, Muscatine and formerly of Tipton, entered eternal rest Monday, March 21, 2016 at Lutheran Living Senior Campus, Muscatine. Visitation for Olive will be held Friday, March 25, 2016 from 9:30-11:00 am, Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, with the funeral service immediately following. Memorials in Olive's honor may be directed to Cedar Street Baptist Church, Tipton. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com. Olive was born on June 3, 1921 in Estherville, IA to William and Ella (Allen) Reed. She graduated from Grandview High School with the class of 1939. She married the late Weldon Clyde Pace on December 31st, 1940, in Grandview. Together they raised two sons: Glen and Gene. Olive was a faithful servant to Jesus and enjoyed being a homemaker. She was a member of the Cedar Street Baptist Church. Olive is survived by her two sons, Glen (Linda) Pace of Muscatine and Gene Pace of Centerville; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, infant son, Paul; sister, Opal Thompson and four brothers, Gerald, Gilbert, Gyles, and Glen.
