Paul Theodore Brewer

Funeral services for Paul Theodore Brewer, 66, of Tipton who died Thursday, June 2, 2011 will be held Monday, June 6, 2011 at 10:30 am at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton with Pastor Ron Lashmit officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2011 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton. Burial will follow in the Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be Paul Brewer, Jr., Lyle Brewer, Scott Brewer, Arnold Brewer, Ken Taylor, and Nick Colvin. Honorary casket bears are Jenny Huesenga, William Brewer, Shelby Knouse, Madisun Brewer, Gabrielle Taylor, and Samuel Brewer. A memorial has been established in his memory. Paul was born December 18, 1944, in Muscatine, Iowa. He was the son of Rufus Theodore and Dorothy Mae Jackson Brewer. Paul retired from Linn Farms following 40 years of employment. Paul is survived by his daughters, Sherrie (Richard) Lett of Muscatine, IA, Marcia Colvin of Iowa City, IA; sons, Paul, Jr. (Wanita) Brewer of Muscatine, IA, Lyle (Joy) Brewer of Divide, CO, Scott Brewer of Box Elder, S.D., Arnold (Robi) Brewer of Maquoketa, IA, Ken (Liz) Taylor of Rock Island, IL; 20 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
