Raymond Crock

Raymond John Crock, Jr., son of Raymond L. Sr. and Dorothy A. Brennan Crock, was born July 16, 1931, in Iowa City, Iowa. He was a 1949 Tipton High School graduate. Raymond served in the United States Army during the Korean War. On August 2, 1952, Raymond was united in marriage to Margaret Jean Beuter in Morse, Iowa. He served on the St. Mary's Board and St. Mary's Cemetery Board; a member of Tipton Moose Lodge and past member of Tipton Lion's. Raymond devoted his life to farming. Raymond is loved and missed by his wife, Margaret Crock, of Tipton, Iowa; his children, Sue Howe, and husband, Scott, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Steve Crock, and wife, Denise, of Tipton, Iowa; Teresa Wulf, and husband, Daniel, of Tipton, Iowa; Rita Cowell, and husband, Robert, of Lisbon, Iowa; Kenneth Crock, and wife, Sarah, of Tipton, Iowa; David Crock, and wife, Amy, of Tipton, Iowa; and Diane Wehde, and husband, Mike, of Tipton, Iowa; 19 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his brothers, Donald Crock, and wife, Marianne, and James Crock, and wife, Mary Louise, all of Tipton, Iowa; sisters, Lorna Marchik, of Tipton, Iowa; and Mary Jean Bents, and husband, John, of Tipton, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Dorothy Crock. A memorial has been established in honor of Raymond.
