Richard Dean Cady

Funeral services for Rick D. Cady, 57, of Davenport, formerly of Tipton who died Saturday, June 8, 2013, will be held Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 11:00 am, at Edwards Congregational Church in Davenport. Rev. Katherine Mulhern and Rev. David Lorenzen will be officiating. There will be a visitation on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, from 4-7 pm, at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, and from 10:30 - 11:00 am, Thursday morning, at the church. He was the son of Arlyn Stanley and Frances Lucille Carlson Cady. He was a 1974 graduate of Tampico High School. Rick was united in marriage to Shelley Dawn Deerberg in Prophetstown, Illinois, on September 26, 1987; they later divorced. He was owner operator of Cady, Incorporated. Rick was a member of the Tipton Golf & Country Club, Tipton Fire Department and the Loyal Order of the Moose. He is survived by his daughters, Alicia Cady and Andrea Cady both of Tipton, Catrina Cady of Clearwater, FL, and their mother, Shelley Cady also of Tipton; grandchildren, Trinzel Lewis and Asanté
