Ronald "Ronnie" Lee Stuhr

Ronald “Ronnie” Lee Stuhr, 67, of Tipton, IA entered into eternity on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Cedar Manor Nursing Home. All services will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton; a two-hour Visitation from 9:00 am – 11:00 am and Funeral service officiated by Rev. Ron Lashmit at 11:00 am, immediately followed by burial in the Tipton Masonic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, cards and memorials may be mailed to 611 Orange St., Tipton, IA 52772. Ronnie was born in Cedar Rapids, IA on Thursday, January 6, 1955 to Vernon Carl and Beverly Jean (Ford) Stuhr. He graduated with Tipton High School Class of 1973 and attended Kirkwood College, Cedar Rapids until 1976. Ronnie worked for Rochau’s and was lead supervisor at HWH. Family describes Ronnie as a quiet, stubborn but very caring man who would do anything for “his girls”. In his free time, Ronnie enjoyed mushroom hunting, science fiction books and movies and music, especially 80’s Rock. He also enjoyed watching Monday night WWE, grilling food and making his hot chili.

Ronnie is survived by his daughter, Amber (Chris) See, Tipton, IA; step-daughters, Nikki Bramlett, Tipton, IA and Tiffany Priebe, Tipton, IA; sisters, Wendy (Ron) Lamp, Tipton, IA and Lisa (Dave) Wulf, Tipton, IA; brothers, Scott (Jacque) Stuhr, Omaha, NE, Gary (Cindy) Stuhr, Tipton, IA, and Dave Stuhr, Tipton, IA; and 7 grandchildren, Connor & Kinley See, Madelynn Murray, Jayden Bramlett, and Jacob, Owen, & Emmett Steinman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Beverly Stuhr.
