Rosemary Boyer, daughter of William Henry and Mary Frances Poulter Boyer, was born July 16, 1947 in Sterling, Illinois. Rosemary enjoyed school and completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Dubuque. She loved to teach children the basics of life and, therefore, became a teacher in many Christian Schools during her lifetime. Rosemary enjoyed people and sharing in conversation.
