Willa Fowler, 77, formerly of Tipton, died Tuesday, October 23, Lutheran Homes, Muscatine. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com. Willa was born on August 2, 1935 in Batavia, Missouri and was the daughter of Denvil and Elta Fowler Lawson. She was a 1953 graduate of West Branch High School. Willa had worked for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics as a transcriber and also worked for the Quad City Times as a secretary. She was a past member of the Church of the Nazerine and the Methodist Church in Springdale. Willa is survived by her sons, Bruce (Gisela) Eiselstein of Moscow, Iowa and Gene (Sandy) Eiselstein of Tipton, Iowa; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
