Jonathan "Jon" Roger Beranek

Jonathan “Jon” Roger Beranek, 56, of Tipton, IA left this world to be with his Lord and Savior in the early morning of Monday, November 15, 2021, while at Trinity Hospital, Rock Island, IL.
All services will be held at Fry Funeral Home, Tipton, IA; a Visitation on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 5pm – 7pm and Funeral Service on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10am. Burial will be at 11:15 am at the Red Oak Grove Cemetery, Tipton, IA.

 Jon, son of Richard Duane and Doris (Green) Beranek, was born on Friday, December 25, 1964 in Maquoketa, IA. Jon graduated from Oxford Junction High School with the Class of 1983. 
Jon married Susan Rae Laing on March 12, 1994.
Family describes Jon as a happy go lucky man that did not allow his diabetes and other physical challenges to defy who he was. He enjoyed fishing and camping with his family and was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Chicago Cubs. “GO CUBS!”
Jon is survived by his wife, Susan; daughters, Alicia and Brittany Beranek; sons, Jesse and Brady Beranek; sisters, Delora Barnett of Round Lake Beach, IL and Vionna Naese of Stockton, IL; and brothers, Roby Beranek of Loyal, IL and Rorie Beranek of Oxford Junction, IA.
