Mary Elberta (Noble) Thomas

Mary Elberta Thomas, 68, of Tipton, passes away in her home on Thursday, March 31, 2022 from apparent cardiac arrest. Her wishes were to be cremated and in keeping with Mary’s request, there will be no memorial service at this time. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com. 
Mary, daughter of Ebert Arthur and Clara May Edgington Noble, was born on Monday, June 29, 1953 in Muscatine, Iowa. Mary graduated from Rockridge High School and spent her life enjoying what she loved doing, baking. Mary worked in the bakery department of many places, some of which are the Tipton Bakery, Country Companies, ARA, and Kroeger’s to mention a few. Mary was united in marriage to Joseph Omer Thomas on August 21, 1980 in Pasco County, Florida. Mr. Thomas passed away on December 6, 2009 while under Mary’s care in their home in Tipton. 
Mary is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Raymond Gilmore of Tipton;; sister, Fern (Noble) Barthelemy of Champaign, IL; 7 grandchildren, Sherrie, Belinda, Heaven, Shyanne, Vincent, Tyhera and Shin; and four great grandchildren, Nikita, Izzy, Anna and Ava. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joseph.
